Re. American Bankruptcy Company

I have read the review and it sounds good and all but has any one used them? How do they compare with the other bk sites?

Angelhair,

In all my years as a bankruptcy lawyer I can say definetely that a non-lawyer web site cannot begin to have the depth of knowledge that a lawyer has. Play it safe and use a lawyer. Look up Price & Assoc.

Re. American Bankruptcy Company

Angelhair,

If I had the money I'd go with a lawyer but my question was for those who used American Bankruptcy Company. I talked to some lawyers but I can't afford them. Who is Price and Assoc?

Re. American Bankruptcy Company

Me and my wife used American Bankruptcy Company six months ago and we got our discharge notice a weeks weeks back. We had no problems and it was as easy as their sight said it was.

Frankly I fail to see what Encinoman is trying to say. Not everyone can afford a lawyer so how can he say that everyone should use a lawyer?

Re. American Bankruptcy Company

There is no need to get testy. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. Encinoman may be a lawyer but that does not mean he does not have a point.

There are good bankruptcy sites and there are the not so good ones. If I may add my two cents, most bk preparer sites are good. It is the bankruptcy software sites that you should be leary of. The low priced ones that charge around 49 bucks usually sell blank bankruptcy forms deceptively marketed as software.
